Log of fetch attempt for sys-devel/llvm-3.4.2-r100

This is manifesting for Gentoo Prefix on MacOS because the bootstrap script [1] needs <sys-devel/llvm-3.5[clang], but the root cause is a broken SRC_URI in the sys-devel/llvm-3.4.2-r100.ebuild, which I confirmed on a normal, non-prefix Gentoo machine (see attachment).

The relevant SRC_URI entry is currently:

    http://llvm.org/releases/${PV}/compiler-rt-3.4.src.tar.gz

$PV, of course, resolves as 3.4.2, but looking at llvm's download links for 3.4.2 [2], that version should be only MAJOR.MINOR, leaving off the patch level.
