New ebuild, compliant to wxwidgets.eclass (now in portage, bug #39931).
Fix for missing wxBase package breaking remote control utilities, now they're compiled (bug #55888, http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?p=1414914).

I don't think this really warrants an -r bump, but the changes have been
incorporated into portage; thanks!
