I have verified that this package works for ppc64.
Please add the ~ppc64 KEYWORDS to media-plugins/gst-plugins-mad-0.8.2 .


Steps to Reproduce:

1.add the ~ppc64 KEYWORDS to gst-plugins-mad-0.8.2.ebuild
2.emerge media-plugins/gst-plugins-mad
3. /usr/bin/gst-launch-0.8 filesrc location=hoge.mp3 ! mad ! alsasink
