Description Anakim Border 2004-07-29 05:46:10 UTC
libgphoto2 ebuild depends on three usb packages:
  dev-libs/libusb
  sys-apps/usbutils
  sys-apps/hotplug

Neither of them is actually required on non-usb systems; those dependencies should therfore be controlled by an use-flag (usb?).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

the patch is fine (except it's reversed :)

however, i'm relucant to add this because most cameras have USB interfaces and secondly, because usb isn't in the default use flags, it will be turned off by default. that is not a good default to have, i'd rather have a nousb USE flag instead.

fixed in 2.1.5
