Configure fails with: checking for X11... no configure: error: Could not find x11 - Try installing libX11-devel. Since I see nothing in that package specifying any X11 package that's not that surprising. This is already patched around in 1.6.1 and merged upstream. We haven't been able to get rid of the troublesome 1.5 yet but we're about to.
1.6.1 is now stable.
