Description Maxim Sheviakov 2016-04-26 18:34:54 UTC
Hello there.

The recent update of tracker (1.6.2) isn't buildable on my system. There are make issues that cancel the build. I'm attaching emerge --info and build.log below.

Disabling LTO didn't help, either.

Will it finally be fixed?
Comment 4 Alexandre Rostovtsev (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2016-05-15 18:16:40 UTC
I think this is caused by the missing -ldl in tracker's bundled version of sqlite (which we were using due to some incompatiblities with systemwide sqlite, see bug #576728).
Comment 5 Alexandre Rostovtsev (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2016-05-15 20:01:28 UTC
Fixed in git without a revision bump: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=d2ccfbbc1a708d0776a9856d6138ab93ca01f720
