This patch adds commandline parameters --save-config and --no-save-config to genkernel and option SAVE_CONFIG to genkernel.conf. This allows the user to decide whether or not the kernel configuration should be saved to /etc/kernels.

Sidenote: There's a bug in the patch - you're doing "${SAVE_CONFIG}=1" when it should be "SAVECONFIG=1".
