After emerge qmail-scanner, qmail-scanner-1.16-r2 is installed but without the
test program

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C qmail-scanner
2. emerge qmail-scanner
3. qpkg -l qmail-scanner 



Expected Results:  
list should include test_installation.sh

The thing I'll prefer to do instead of installing test_installation.sh with
qmail-scanner will be to just install all the contrib files in the document
directory.

This is done in the CVS by the time you read this.  I'll consider it fixed in
that manner.
