I think that was made too fast. Portage is complaining that the referenced patch isn't there, and the Manifest includes AUX entries that aren't available either.

It might refer to this:

and the fact that ther are files in /usr/portage/media-libs/libvisio/files not listed in the Manifest.

Which seems like an issue with the finnish mirror trumpetti.atm.tut.fi. I'm sending them an e-mail.
