That would surprise me. I have to admit that the chroot's perl installation may have suffered a dent recently, so it may be a dep that is already fulfilled transitively.

The tests are disabled in 1.2.23.0 for that reason, and a (re)keywording bug is open for 1.2.23.0-r1 (bug 581856). Seems like I found this independently. :)
