If having X11 libraries is required to install icedtea (it didn't used to be), that dependency should at least be registered.  Aside from USE="-X" being set in make.conf, this is otherwise an unremarkable build.

Fixed in 1.6.1-r1, thanks. libX11 and zlib aren't actually required so I've patched these out of configure and filed a bug upstream. I haven't addressed 1.5.1 and I won't be able to get rid of it until Java 8 is stable but that's not far off now. Users shouldn't normally hit this problem anyway.
