Can we have an ebuild for the last release (19.4.5 at time of writing).  19.4 was released two months ago.

Also, the 'stable' version in portage has been 19.1.1 for ~ one year, can we stabilize a more recent version. For example 19.3.0, which has been there (~amd64) for very long too.
