+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #535738 +++

mkvtoolnix 8.6.1 compiles and runs fine with ruby 2.3 installed. Currently, only versions up to 2.2 are supported in the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run "emerge mkvtoolnix" with only ruby 2.3 installed

Actual Results:  
Ruby 2.2 is pulled in for installation

Expected Results:
mkvtoolnix installs with rake for/from ruby 2.2

Fixing is as easy as adding "ruby23" to variable RUBY_IMPLS inside the ebuild.
