After upgrading libsigc++ to 2.6, libpar2 fails to build and in return a vital function of (for example) nzbget breaks.

Working workaround is adding CXXFLAGS="${CXXFLAGS} -std=gnu++11" to /etc/portage/env/app-arch/libpar2-0.4

If a build.log is really required for this, ask and I'll revert the change to provide it.
