When trying to emerge gnome-terminal, desktop-file-validate can not be found during the configuration phase.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to emerge gnome-terminal without having anything installed that provides desktop-file-validate (e.g. dev-util/desktop-file-utils).
Actual Results:  
emerge threw an error. (see attachment)

Expected Results:  
emerge should have successfully built gnome-terminal or prompted for different use flags.

A dependency on desktop-file-validate or rather dev-util/desktop-file-utils is missing in the ebuild. On the other hand the problem might be resolved by using different configuration options.

    x11-terms/gnome-terminal: add missing desktop-file-utils dependency, bug #566858

This is not really useful for a few weeks since xdg.eclass, inherited by gnome2.eclass has this dependency now but I added it just in case this is changed later.
