See upstream in bug url. PHP 5.6.16 not released yet.

From Upstream: Fixes the crash in zend_compile.c

Would be nice to be seen this as 5.6.15-r1 or 5.6.14-r1.
5.4, 5.5, 7.0 unaffected.

This crashes apache, too. Not good. Fixed in,
