The purpose of this bug is to remove the unstable VLC 2.2.0 ebuild now that 2.2.1 has been out for a while and most of the version dependencies (like freerdp) are now stable versions.

All 2.2.0 users are recommended to move to 2.2.1.

Will work with #gentoo-proxy-maint to implement change.
