Description Alex Brandt (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2015-10-19 19:50:26 UTC
Found an issue in the dependency tree that required a revbump (artifact of the mysql client split). I've marked the revbump appropriately but was told this is a candidate for a fast stable request due to the breaking nature of what's in tree.

If I'm mistaken on any point, please let me know and I can update the ebuild appropriately.

I de-stabilized these KEYWORDs and they should be stabilized ASAP:

amd64 ppc ppc64 x86

Reproducible: Always

amd64 stable
Comment 2 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2015-10-23 15:47:53 UTC
FWIW I think it's fine to commit a change like this straight to stable - it's just metadata.

@kensington,

That's what I would think as well but this is the safer route. I'll ask again next time it happens (especially when it's other people's packages). Thanks for the help on this one.
