webapp-config-1.54-r1 has been on the portage tree for some time now and I think a stabilization request is due.

Targeted arches: ~alpha ~amd64 ~arm ~arm64 ~hppa ~ia64 ~m68k ~mips ~ppc ~ppc64 ~s390 ~sh ~sparc ~x86 ~x86-fbsd

I've dropped all non-stable arches from CC

1) some of the arches you cc-ed are not stable arches, eg mips is only ~mips.
2) only stabilize for aches which are currently stable unless there's some user request or other special reason --- saves on labor.
3) help out bug-wrangler and assign stabilization bugs to yourself
4) add STABLERQ keyword --- it helps when doing advanced bugzilla searches
