This is a feature update whereas the IcedTea ones are security updates, so yes, they should take priority.

These patches work for me™ on ~amd64. I'm not sure about the arm split between 32 and 64bit, somebody should look over these. JCE and download URLs seem unchanged for the time being.

Now in the tree. Thanks for the patch. I don't have the hardware to test arm64 but it should work.
