On a Hp zbook 15 G2 notebook, the newest minimal install CD fail to boot (in particular, the last one, install-amd64-minimal-20150709.iso). I copied with dd the image on a USB stick and booted with old, non UEFI, compatibility mode. Everything is ok up to the choice of the keyboard layout. After that, /dev/sdb1 is not created (verified from the shell prompt) and the system hangs without being able to find the root device. On another notebook (Dell Precision M6500) everything is ok. The problem is present an all the newest minimal install CD. The oldest one are ok (I could boot with install-amd64-minimal-20140508.iso).
