arch teams, please mark app-editors/kile-1.6.3 and dev-util/kdbg-1.2.10 stable
if there are no arch related problems

Marked stable on amd64.

Both are now stable on sparc.

ppc folks, could you please test kdbg and mark a newer kopete version stable!?
I want to clean up before doing necessary QA on ebuilds, which will be removed
next week.

kopete-0.8.2 is now stable on ppc.  Will test kile and probably kdbg.
