Without posix support upgrading owncloud from the command line with "oss upgrade" will resulting in the error "The posix extensions are required - see http://php.net/manual/en/book.posix.php"

I suspect other versions could be affected the same way. Upgrades from the web interface do not seem to be impacted.

(Only users that have purposely disabled posix support in PHP will have an error since the use flag is enabled by default.)
