Please test and mark stable this new version of bundler: =dev-ruby/bundler-1.8.9
Ruby-2.1.6 is stable now. Is it possible to stabilize bundler version which supports RUBY_TARGETS="ruby21"?

Currently it is not, but it going to be stabilized on all arches according to bug 518094. =dev-ruby/bundler-1.9.9 is already in portage for two months and there are no bugs. And it supports all ruby targets from 1.9 to 2.2 (bundler-1.8.9 supports only ruby 1.9 and 2.0).
