maybe there's a reason for it, but currently openscenegraph doesn't have the option to build with USE=+qt5
replacing all qt4 related entries with qt5 allows me to build 
=dev-games/openscenegraph-3.2.1 on my ~amd64 (qt4 free) system.
of course this is hacky and should be a proper choice between qt4 or qt5,
so sorry no patch applied.

Why not, but only the cheapest way - no Qt4 and Qt5 at the same time (as that would require backward-incompatible changes to openscenegraph-osgQt.pc file. I don't think the little-to-none demand justifies the cost).
