Version 1.2.9 has been released some days ago :-]
1.2.10 is out, fixing a security vuln. in 1.2.9: http://blog.mumble.info/mumble-1-2-10/
Renaming the 1.2.8 ebuild in tree to 1.2.10 worked. However, in line 116, there was a hardcoded version and replacing it by ${PV} did the trick for me.
I'll take care of the bump(s) soon, there is however no security vulnerability as it only affects binary distributions of Mumble which bundle a vulnerable OpenSSL version.
Somehow there is a new version out called 1.2.10 for both murmur and mumble.
