I'm unable to use aquafont-2.7-r1 and aquapfont-2.5-r1... 2.7 & 2.5 work like a
charm, but the ebuild appears to be broken with -r1.

looking at the ebuilds, they only have a src_unpack function... no src_install
and such... I notice a few other differences, but my font knowlegde is limited
so I'm not going to jump in & butcher these ebuilds :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =media-fonts/aquafont-2.7-r1
2. emerge =media-fonts/aquapfont-2.5-r1

Thanks for the bug report. I bumped aquafont to 2.7-r2 to fix the bug.
However,  I cannot confirm aquapfont-2.5-r1 is broken. Could you
describe more about the bug, please? >=aquafont-2.7-r1 and >=aquapfont-2.5-r1
use font.eclass and src_install() is defined in that eclass. Have a look at
/usr/portage/eclass/font.eclass to see what it is actually doing.

actually aquapont-2.5-r1 appears to be OK, I mistook the differences between
the two and initially thought them both to be broken... aquafont-2.7-r2 works
well here :)

I do get these errors during the aquapfont-2.5-r1 & aquafont-2.7-r2 emerges:

/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: COPYRIGHT does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: README does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: NEWS does not exist.
