gvfs now needs libnfs >=1.9.7 for userland NFS client support.

The diff is simple, current patches in tree have been merged so we just emptied PATCHES variable in overlay (https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/gnome.git/commit/net-fs/libnfs/libnfs-1.9.7.ebuild?id=a3c38bed2e0cb167b619c6ff17487d7952a9dfd6)

If there is no objection, I will commit this to the tree this weekend.

that diff isn't useful for review.  it needs to be against the file in the tree.

if the only change from libnfs-1.9.5.ebuild is to delete the PATCHES assignment, then that's fine -- feel free to bump.
