Could you stabilise =dev-lang/php-5.6.9?

PHP 5.6 has been very stable outside of the regular biweekly releases.

Would it not make sense to stabilize at the same time
virtual/httpd-php-5.6 ?

With emerge --depclean the most people can then safely remove the dev-lang/php:5.5

virtual is stable on ia64, it does not make sense to stabilize php itself due to bug 552408
