A makefile race condition exists in all versions of wine before 1.7.37, however, this is only likely to be triggered when compiling with the staging/pipelight use flags because of the addition of header files.  Since Wine-Staging incorporated a patch for this in 1.7.25, only 1.7.19-1.7.22 (the versions in the tree) are vulnerable.

Reproducible: Always
