Netbeans description is now ``NetBeans 3.6 IDE for Java''.  I still think a non-version specific description is more appropriate considering 3.4.1 and 3.5.1 are available (and 3.6-r1 is ~) and new versions are bound to be released.  This will work for now.

The description in the 4.0 ebuild is generic.
Compnerd will take care of the older ebuilds.
