Building kde-frameworks/kdeclarative:5 without media-libs/libepoxy fails with: 

-- The following REQUIRED packages have not been found:

 * epoxy , libepoxy , <http://github.com/anholt/libepoxy>
   OpenGL dispatch library

Thanks for reporting. This is fixed in cvs + git now. Please sync in some hours to get the changes.
