this is quite critical, as the new on disk layout of reiser4 changed, and if 
fsck aint upgraded, it likely to cause corruption instead of fix it

patch for reiser4progs-0.5.4.ebuild to fetch from the correct place, and depend
on a newer libaal

I didn't try these patches, but I bumped the version on my own so the patches
would be quite identical. Anyway, the programs seem to work well.

I bumped them myself too.
The versions in portage should be bumped too, to keep compatability with the latest reiser4 snapshots.
