The compilation fails at this line:

../x2goclient-4.0.3.1/onmainwindow_privat.h:88:21: fatal error: X11/xpm.h: No such file or directory

'xpm.h' could be provided by x11-libs/libXpm but it's not in the dependencies of x2goclient.

Upstreams lists 'libxpm-dev' as a build-dependency for the debian packages:

And it had been in the list for some time, thanks for catching and reporting this!

Fixed in all current ebuilds
