If we want interface localisations (choosen in preferences or running by "anki -l", we must copy 'locale' directory from source to '/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/anki/' because it does not happen during the installation.

Good catch.  It should be fixed in 2.0.31-r1.  Please try!

it's ok now and locales works, thanks.
