Please select DEVPTS_MULTIPLE_INSTANCES when GENTOO_LINUX_INIT_SYSTEMD is selected.

I just added CONFIG_CHECK for this; it is required for systemd-localed to start properly. The problem is not severe enough to warrant a special gentoo-sources release.
