OK... I originally added this verbatim into portage, however, I have since
decided that it was a bad idea.

Instead, I have modified this ebuild and included it into the
games-action/armagetronad ebuild when installed with USE=dedicated

I am making a games-server/armagetronad-ded 999 ebuild, which will say as much...
