Would be nice to stabilize a newer version that would likely solve a lot of bugs and also no longer uses old python eclasses Thanks
Right, the package is in unstable quiet a time now. Anyway I had planned to look at bug #528398 first at the coming weekend ( I am away until then). So I would like to wait with the stablerequest at least until next week. If anyone has time to test that patch on a systemd enabled system in meantime please do and report back. Thanks.
To fix bug #528398 bacula got revbumped to 7.0.5-r1. So lets wait some time and start stabilisation of that version at end of december.
