Patch for media-video/mplayer-9999.ebuild

Hi, mplayer no longer includes libdvdcss and libdvdread, so the option to override the default for using system libs was removed. I think removing the flags is the only required change.

Oops, didn't notice this supports multiple versions. Fixed.

your first patch was actually correct: -9999 should be up to date with upstream trunk and then when we take a snapshot we copy -9999 to another version, getting correct options automatically.
