The file README does not exist anymore, installing README.rst instead works for me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =net-analyzer/munin-2.1.9999

Actual Results:  
Munin fails to install.

Expected Results:  
Munin should install. Probably README.rst needs to be installed instead of README.
