Since bluez-utils-2.7 has been released it now incorporates bluez-sdp. So making an 'emerge -p gnome-bluetooth' gives this: Calculating dependencies ...done! [ebuild N ] net-wireless/bluez-sdp-1.5 [ebuild N ] net-wireless/libbtctl-0.3 [ebuild N ] net-wireless/gnome-bluetooth-0.4.1 I already have bluez-utils-2.7 installed and that should be enough since it has the sdp functionalities included.
The same behaviour happens for kdebluetooth
Hi Mark, could you please give us the bug number for the kdebluetooth ebuild bug?
committed a fix for both libbtctl-0.3 and gnome-bluetooth-0.4.1
