Alpha 17 has been relesaed (0ad and 0ad-data will both need to be bumped).

There is a bug in 0ad that causes random javascript errors when spidermonkey is compiled with icu support.

I'm waiting until that is resolved.

I'v bumped it anyway, but had to set dev-lang/spidermonkey:24[-icu], otherwise you get a shitload of javascript errors. It's also advised to enable the "jit" USE flag for spidermonkey.

If this gets too much trouble, I'll see if we have to use the bundled version.
