Description:   Opened: 2004-05-30 12:48 0000
the current synaptics ebuild puts the synclient/syndaemon man pages in
/usr/local instead of /usr like every other package

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

------- Comment #1 From Bryan Stine 2004-05-31 02:17:31 0000 -------
Ugh. You're right. The Makefile has /usr/local/man1 as the MANDIR. I'll add a
simple sed to fix it.

------- Comment #2 From Bryan Stine 2004-05-31 02:30:26 0000 -------
I've added an updated ebuild to portage. The version has remained the same, so
sync up (in like 30 minutes or so) and remerge, it should be fixed.

------- Comment #3 From Alexander Skwar 2005-08-20 01:58:46 0000 -------
There's a regression wrt. this. See bug #103110.
Now man pages are in /usr/man - however, nowadays, they need to be
in /usr/share/man.
