This version is the first handling BASH_FUNC_* variables that the new bash patches introduced, so it's important it goes stable ASAP.

Given the current stable is actually pretty old I feel this is a step in the right direction.

m68k, s390, if you don't maintain stable keywording anymore please drop it off sudo as well; in particular m68k if you don't keep the stable keyword please remove 1.8.5_p2 that is there only for you.

You might want to put the ebuild in the tree first.
