net-misc/mediatomb has CONFIG_CHECK set but the value is never checked since linux-info_pkg_setup isn't called in pkg_setup.

I have noticed this in a number of other ebuilds as well e.g. tvheadend, xboxdrv

Furthermore calling linux-info_pkg_setup should be conditional on inotify use flag.
