As per summary -- perl-cleaner at times does not play nice with systems that are only partially use subslot dependencies.  Please bump this package to EAPI5 via revbump so that anyone upgrading perl will get this package rebuilt now, and automatic rebuilds will be triggered via subslots in the future.
