i guess avformat_close_input should be used instead of av_close_input_file with newer ffmpeg. after i replaced the single occurrance in the source, the package compiles fine.

This bug occurs with >=media-video/ffmpeg-2.4.

I can confirm both the bug, which causes transcode to fail to compile with the new ffmpeg, and the posted patch, which allows transcode to build correctly with it; on my ~amd64 laptop.
