po4a exits with an error because File::Temp changed:

'tempfile' can't be called as a method at /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.2/Locale/Po4a/Po.pm line 539.

Arch Linux and Red Hat have bugs for this issue too:

I manually installed =app-text/po4a-0.45 and it works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install =app-text/po4a-0.42
2. Try to use it
3. Observe error message
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Normal operation
