Description Nikoli 2014-07-21 02:00:51 UTC
Seems now media-video/mjpegtools is not used at all in digikam and kipi:

In digikam-4.0.0.tar.bz2 i found only this:
extra/kipi-plugins/videoslideshow/manager/encoderdecoder.cpp:                          " y4menc ! y4mdec ! videoscale ! mpeg2enc format=%3 norm=%4 bitrate=%5 aspect=%6 ! "
extra/kipi-plugins/videoslideshow/manager/encoderdecoder.cpp:            mux = QGst::ElementFactory::make("mplex");

Second line is commented. Most likely mjpeg dep was dropped during migration to KDE4.
