Patch to remove manual setting of MOC and UIC

With http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=commit;h=92f80df449252448f6e50f057d9abe2abc4ee84a VLC now detects the correct moc/uic/rcc locations depending on the Qt version via pkg-config. The separate code for setting the location of moc/uic is not anymore needed.
